Subscription & Fees ● Octoboss Inc. operates on a subscription model. You must subscribe to access job listings. ● Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in specific cases determined by Octoboss Inc. ● Octoboss Inc. does not take any commission from your earnings. 6. Job Acceptance & Service Delivery ● You are free to choose which jobs to accept based on availability. ● You must honor confirmed bookings and communicate with customers if you need to cancel. ● You are fully responsible for service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. 7. Payments & Disputes ● Octoboss Inc. does not process payments between customers and labor. Limitation of Liability ● Octoboss Inc. is not liable for any damages, injuries, or financial losses arising from the services you provide. ● Octoboss Inc. does not provide any warranty regarding customers' ability to pay or their behavior. ● If any disputes or legal claims arise, they are strictly between you and the customer. 9. Privacy & Data Usage ● Octoboss Inc. may collect and store your profile details, ratings, and availability to match you with customers. ● Your phone number is only shared with customers if you accept a job request. ● We do not sell or misuse your personal data.
